Still feeling the impact of yesterday’s New Moon, we still have that wistful, lazy feeling of not wanting to be where we are and wish we were somewhere tropic, on a hammock, dozing off now and then. Work??!! Oh, well!
This whole week, we have been waxing towards the Venus trine Mars aspect. The waxing, of course, is where the energy is felt the strongest. With the Venus/Mars trine, we feel strong emotional longings. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that the Venus/Mars trine only effects those in romantic relationships. This aspect effects the longing for the warmth and love of family and friends. The positive Mars energy is what pushes us to get together with family and friends. The positive Venus energy along with the Sun creates the emotional warmth.
Of course, both Venus and Mars have negative energy: Venus can be egotistical, lazy and hateful and Mars can be aggressive, argumentative and violent. As long as we keep the positive aspects of these two planets and their signs, Sagittarius and Leo, in mind and intention we will have positive results.
Mercury in Capricorn can put a damper on all the romance that can be felt by being practical and determined to make plans and set goals.
